Lungworm disease

Lungworm or Angiosrongylus Vasorum is a disease that can cause serious health problems and even death if not treated well. Dogs of all ages and sizes can get lungworm. Dogs get lungworm by accidentally eating infected tiny slugs if they are on a toy or their fur. They can also get lungworm by eating larvae found in infected snails, slugs or frogs.
